I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body & Nervous System Coach specialising in anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation.
My work sits at the intersection of mind–body awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional pattern change. I support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress, or a sense of feeling stuck in themselves or their lives.
Many of the people I work with are functioning well on the outside, yet internally feel wired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly exhausted.
Some are receiving medical or therapeutic support and want to better understand their patterns, feel more connected to their body, and become more actively involved in their wellbeing.
The word Vishranti - meaning deep rest and profound inner peace in Sanskrit, quietly informs my practice and reflects the intention I bring to this work.
It reminds us that calm and clarity are not things we force, but states the body remembers when it feels safe.
My Approach
My work blends evidence-informed mind–body principles with grounded holistic practices.
Drawing from psychoneuroimmunology (the science of how thoughts, emotions, and physiology interact), alongside yogic philosophy and embodied awareness, we work at the level where stress often lives most deeply - within the nervous system.
My approach is both collaborative and gently guided.
You are always welcome to bring what feels most present for you - an experience, emotion, challenge, or pattern from your week.
At the same time, if things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate, I may help guide the process based on what feels most supportive in the moment.
This means you are never expected to arrive with all the answers.
Together, we may explore:

practical nervous system regulation tools
themes of safety, identity, and self-trust
the relationship between past conditioning and present responses
The intention is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can respond with greater awareness rather than react from overwhelm.

…a place rich in stillness, spirit, and ancient wisdom.
The time I spent there, and the journey into the Sinai mountains with our guide Faraj, left a deep imprint on me.
I have loved the mountains for as long as I can remember. They have been some of my greatest teachers - reminding me of stillness, perspective, humility, and presence.
They root me in the body, the breath, and the moment.
Much of the way I guide others is informed by that same groundedness: a trust that healing unfolds not through force, but through returning to what is real, steady, and deeply human.
My journey
My path into this work began through my own experience of anxiety and burnout.
There was a period in my life where I felt deeply out of alignment - constantly in my head, disconnected from my body, my direction, and the qualities that made me feel most like myself.
On the outside, I appeared to be functioning, but internally I felt overwhelmed, unsettled, and exhausted.
I realised the way I was living was no longer sustainable, and I desperately needed to connect with ‘something’ to find steadiness.
Mindfulness first entered my life when I was young through Buddhist philosophy, opening a doorway to inner awareness and reflection. I leaned into mindfulness during these dysregulated times, and later, yoga also became an anchor - a way to reconnect with my body rather than live solely in my thoughts.
In my early thirties, I experienced another pivotal moment of clarity: I was not living in alignment with my values or my wellbeing - no wonder I felt unsettled and not like me. That realisation began a deeper exploration of nervous system awareness and regulation, and meditation and breathwork became central to my study, along with energy-based practices like Reiki.
What changed everything was not any one modality - it was understanding how stress and anxiety had imprinted itself on my body.
Learning to regulate my nervous system, soften self-pressure, and build sustainable practices in my every day allowed me to feel at home within myself again.
Now in my mid-forties, and navigating life as a first-time mummy to a toddler, these tools are still lived. They support me daily in staying grounded, present, and resilient.
This lived experience became the foundations of my work and offerings.
I combine science-informed mind–body principles with grounded holistic practices because I know firsthand that anxiety is not just mental - it is physiological, emotional, and often deeply patterned.
My mission is simple: to help you understand your patterns and triggers, feel safer in your body, and rebuild calm from the inside out.
What you may be experiencing often makes sense in the context of what your system has been carrying, and with the right support, new patterns can become possible.
