…a place rich in history, spirit, and quiet magic. Nestled at the foot of Mount Sinai, also known as Jabal Musa, this land is deeply sacred across traditions, carrying stories of revelation, reflection, and divine connection.
We spent time in Saint Catherine at the Bedouin Camp before journeying into the Sinai mountains with our guide, Faraj, whose deep knowledge of the land and generous presence made the experience unforgettable. The stillness of the desert, the warmth of its people, and the vastness of the landscape left a lasting imprint on me.
You’ll also spot Ketchup in the photo - a beautiful, loyal street dog who accompanied us with a calm, watchful energy, offering quiet companionship and protection throughout our time there.
I have loved the mountains for as long as I can remember. They have held my heart since childhood, and have been my greatest teachers. Their majesty captivates me, and their quiet power and timeless beauty stir something deep within me. Among their peaks, I’ve learned to breathe with the earth, to find strength in stillness, and clarity in surrender. Their grounded presence reminds me of our own natural rhythm: how healing unfolds when we reconnect with what’s real, raw, and elemental. The mountains root me in gratitude, in the body, in the breath, in the moment, and it’s from that same place of connection that I guide you toward balance, healing, and wholeness.

I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body Wellness Coach specialising in anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation. I am also a Yoga Sikshasa (Teacher), and trained in Reiki and Crystal Healing.
My work supports individuals who may be functioning well on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, wired, disconnected, or quietly exhausted within. Many of the clients I work with are receiving medical or therapeutic support, but want to better understand their stress patterns and feel more actively involved in their wellbeing.
The word Vishranti - meaning deep rest and profound inner peace in Sanskrit, quietly informs my practice, and reflects the intention I bring to my work. A reminder that calm and clarity are states your body already knows how to access when it feels safe.

Drawing from psychoneuroimmunology (the science of how thoughts, emotions, and physiology interact), alongside yogic philosophy and subtle energy awareness, we work at the level where stress truly lives - the nervous system.

My journey
My path into this work began with my own experience of anxiety and burnout.
There was a period in my life when I felt completely out of alignment - constantly in my head, disconnected from my body, my direction, and the qualities that made me feel most like myself, and I was navigating prolonged stress that eventually led to fatigue and panic. On the outside, I appeared like I was functioning, but on the inside, I felt completely overwhelmed, unsettled, and like I was fighting to ‘be me’ on a daily basis.
I realised the way I was living was no longer sustainable, and I desperately needed to connect with ‘something’ to find steadiness.
Mindfulness first entered my life when I was young through Buddhist philosophy, opening a doorway to inner awareness and reflection. Later, yoga became an anchor - a way to reconnect with my body rather than live solely in my thoughts.
In my early thirties, I experienced a pivotal moment of clarity: I was not living in alignment with my values or my wellbeing. That realisation began a deeper exploration of nervous system awareness, meditation, breathwork, and energy-based practices like Reiki.
What changed everything was not one modality - it was understanding how stress had imprinted itself on my body.
Learning to regulate my nervous system, soften self-pressure, and build sustainable practices allowed me to feel at home within myself again.
Now in my mid-forties, and navigating life as a first-time mummy to a toddler, these tools are not theoretical, they are lived. They support me daily in staying grounded, present, and resilient.
This lived experience became the foundation of my work.
I combine science-informed mind–body principles with grounded holistic practices because I know firsthand that anxiety is not just mental - it is physiological, emotional, and often deeply patterned.
My mission is simple: to help you understand your stress patterns, feel safer in your body, and rebuild calm from the inside out.
You are not broken - your system has simply been protecting you, and with the right support, it can learn a new way.
