How I Work

A grounded, integrative approach to mind–body wellbeing

My work brings together nervous system awareness, embodied practice, holistic principles, and practical support, helping you understand your patterns and build greater steadiness from within.

Nervous System Regulation

Anxiety and stress are not only experienced in the mind - they are felt deeply in the body.

When the nervous system has been under prolonged pressure, it can become wired toward protection, making everyday life feel more overwhelming, reactive, or exhausting.

This work helps you understand how stress shows up in your body, recognise your unique patterns, and build practical ways to support regulation.

Together, we may explore:

  • recognising stress signals and triggers

  • breathwork and grounding practices

  • emotional awareness and embodiment

  • building resilience through daily regulation

  • strengthening boundaries and self-trust

Over time, this supports your system in feeling safer, steadier, and more able to return to balance.

Embodied Practice & Yogic Principles

My work is deeply informed by Rajadhiraja Yoga - a traditional and holistic yogic path integrating movement, breath, meditation, mantra, and philosophy.

This lineage has shaped the way I understand the relationship between body, mind, and nervous system.

While I am not currently offering yoga as a standalone service, its principles naturally inform the way I guide clients - supporting presence, awareness, emotional steadiness, and connection to the body.

Breath awareness, grounding, and simple embodied practices may sometimes form part of our work together where supportive.

Holistic & Energetic Awareness

Alongside nervous system work, my approach is also informed by subtle energy awareness, Reiki, and chakra-based understanding.

I view these as complementary ways of understanding stress, emotional holding, and disconnection - especially when experiences feel difficult to access through words alone.

Where appropriate, I may draw on these perspectives gently within coaching, always in a grounded and practical way.

This is never about replacing practical work, but deepening it.

Foundational Wellbeing

Nervous system health is also shaped by the foundations of daily life - rest, nourishment, movement, rhythm, and recovery.

Part of this work may include exploring the practical lifestyle patterns that influence your wellbeing, such as sleep, overstimulation, daily structure, and nourishment.

Where appropriate, I may signpost supportive nutritional resources or practitioner-recommended supplements as complementary support.

These are always optional and never a replacement for medical care.
