What sessions are like
Each session is a space to slow down and explore what feels most present for you.
You’re welcome to bring a specific challenge, emotion, pattern, or experience from your week, or simply arrive as you are.
Some sessions may feel more client-led, shaped by what feels alive in the moment. Others may be more gently guided, especially when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate.
This means you don’t need to know exactly what to work on before you arrive.

No. Mind–Body Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
This work can sit alongside medical or therapeutic support, and many clients find it complementary.
Coaching focuses on nervous system awareness, stress patterns, emotional responses, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, steady, and connected to yourself.
If at any point I feel additional clinical support would be more appropriate, I will always encourage that.

Many people come to this work because medication is helping, but they still feel there is something deeper they want to understand.
This coaching supports you in exploring your stress patterns, nervous system responses, and daily habits, helping you become more aware of what your system may need and how to support it more intentionally.
It is not about replacing medical support, but complementing it.
