Rajadhiraja Yoga
Rajadhiraja Yoga is a deeply traditional and holistic path of yoga, and is the most complete path - one that honours the body, steadies the mind, and gently opens awareness to something more spacious and connected.
Often referred to as the “King of Kings” Yoga, it integrates asanas (yogic postures), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and mantra (dhyana), and philosophy, into a complete, embodied practice.
At its heart, Rajadhiraja Yoga is not about performance nor perfection, it is about cultivating presence, resilience, and the ability to respond to life with steadiness, clarity, and compassion - exactly what your nervous system needs when managing anxiety, stress, or overwhelm.
My Path as a Yoga Sikshasa
As a Yoga Sikshasa (teacher), I honour the lineage and integrity of Rajadhiraja Yoga.
This path informs not only my teaching but also my work as a Mind–Body Wellness Coach.
It shapes how I understand stress, emotional patterns, and the mind–body connection, allowing me to integrate yoga into coaching in a safe, practical, and trauma-aware way.
