Sessions are both client-led and guided - you can bring what feels present, or I will gently help lead the process when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to focus.

I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body & Nervous System Coach supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and nervous system overwhelm.
My work gently bridges the space between mind and body, helping you understand your patterns, your symptoms, and the ways your system responds to stress, so you can begin to soften self-pressure and rebuild steadiness from within.
The word Vishranti, meaning “deep rest” and “profound inner peace” in Sanskrit, informs my practice and reflects the intention I bring to this work.
It reminds us that calm is not something we force — it is something the body remembers when it feels safe.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with clarity, resilience, and a grounded sense of self.
