What is the Integrated Stress Resilience Programme?
Integrated Stress Resilience is a mind–body approach to stress that works with your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and energy rather than focusing only on mindset or coping strategies. Sessions are evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive, and designed to help you build sustainable resilience without pushing or overwhelm.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions typically include a gentle check-in, nervous system settling, discussion of current stress patterns, simple psychoeducation, and embodied or practical tools you can use in daily life. Everything is paced to your comfort and capacity.
How many sessions do I need?
This depends on your goals and current stress levels.
• A stand-alone session offers immediate support and clarity
• A 3-session block provides stability and foundational tools
• A 6-session block supports deeper, longer-term change
• The 8-week programme offers comprehensive, structured support
You’re welcome to start small and build from there.
Will I have homework or practices between sessions?
You may be offered gentle, optional micro-practices to support integration. These are always small, adaptable, and designed to fit into real life. Nothing is mandatory.
How is this programme different from traditional coaching or therapy?
This is coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. While the work can feel deep and supportive, it focuses on present-moment awareness, stress regulation, skill-building, and self-understanding. If you are currently working with a therapist or healthcare provider, this work can complement that support.
Will I have to talk about past trauma?
No. This work does not require revisiting or retelling past experiences. We focus on what your system is experiencing now and how to support regulation and resilience in the present. You always choose how much you share.
What if I’m not sure which option to choose?
You don’t need to decide perfectly. Many clients begin with a standalone session and then choose a block or programme if it feels supportive. You’re also welcome to reach out and ask for guidance.
Is this work confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential and held in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space. Please see my Privacy Policy for more information.
Do I need to be experiencing extreme stress to benefit?
Not at all. Some clients come feeling overwhelmed or burnt out, while others want to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, or prevent stress from becoming unmanageable. The work meets you where you are.
Is this suitable if I have chronic illness, fatigue, or pain?
Yes. Sessions are paced gently and adapted to fluctuating energy levels. The focus is on capacity, safety, and sustainability rather than pushing or performance. You are encouraged to work within your body’s limits.
Is this work evidence-based?
Yes. The approach is informed by nervous system regulation principles, psychoneuroimmunology, stress physiology, and trauma-sensitive care, while remaining practical and accessible.
Is the programme online or in-person?
Sessions are delivered online, allowing you to receive support in the comfort of your home.
