Raja Dhiraja Yoga
Raja Dhiraja Yoga is a deeply traditional and holistic path of yoga, and is the most complete path - one that honours the body, steadies the mind, and gently opens awareness to something more spacious and connected. Often referred to as the “King of Kings” Yoga, it integrates asanas (yogic postures), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and mantra (dhyana), and philosophy, into a complete, embodied practice.
At its heart, Raja Dhiraja Yoga is not about performance nor perfection, it is about cultivating presence, resilience, and self-inquiry - meeting yourself exactly as you are, and learning how to respond to life with greater steadiness, clarity, and compassion.
My Path as a Yoga Sikshasa
I teach Raja Dhiraja Yoga as a Yoga Sikshasa (teacher) with deep respect for its lineage and integrity. This path has shaped not only how I teach yoga, but how I understand wellbeing, stress, and the relationship between mind, body, and energy.
My approach is grounded, accessible, and trauma-aware. I hold yoga as a supportive practice - one that meets modern life where it is, while offering timeless tools for self-regulation, balance, and inner stability. Raja Dhiraja Yoga forms the foundation of my teaching, and naturally weaves into my wider work as a mind-body health and stress coach.

This programme focuses on rebuilding connection to the body, to inner resources, and to personal values. Raja Dhiraja Yoga provides a grounding framework, helping you cultivate strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out.
In both programmes, yoga is offered not as something to “do better,” but as a practice to come home to.

Morning Satsang: an important gathering and shared space to connect and uplift our mind. Practiced for hundreds of years, and meaning “good company” - the company of good people, of yogis, coming together to engage in certain activities together, to raise vibration of the individual and the entire planet. So we will be affecting our environment in positive way, through singing, mantra, and meditation together, to support clarity and intention at the start of the day.
