 Welcome to Ammaterra Ltd. By booking or participating in any service offered through this website, including the Integrated Stress Resilience, and Empowered Foundations Programmes, or Distance Energy Healing Therapy, or Raja Dhiraja Yoga, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms outline the responsibilities, boundaries, and expectations that support a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

Please read them carefully before booking a session or program.

Services Provided

Ammaterra Ltd offers holistic and energetic wellbeing services, including but not limited to:

  • Integrated Stress Resilience Programme - a one-to-one science-informed, holistic wellness coaching programme.

  • Empowered Foundations Journey - a one-to-one energy coaching and energy healing programme.

  • Distance Energy Healing Therapy - stand-alone energy healing sessions delivered remotely.

  • Raja Dhiraja Yoga - stand-alone yoga sessions delivered remotely.

All services are designed to support personal wellbeing, self-awareness, and energetic balance.

Disclaimer

All services provided are complementary and holistic in nature, and do not replace medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue any existing medical care and to consult with qualified healthcare professionals for any physical or mental health concerns.

Energy healing, Reiki, Yoga and Coaching are not medical therapies. They are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic support only.

No outcomes can be guaranteed. The effectiveness of these services depends on each client’s unique process, openness, and commitment to self-development.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session or program, you acknowledge that:

  • You are over 18 years of age.

  • You understand that you are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and choices throughout the process.

  • You will inform your practitioner of any health conditions, medications, or relevant circumstances before beginning sessions.

  • You will not attend an in-person session if you are unwell or contagious.

All coaching, Reiki, crystal, and yogic work are collaborative - your participation, reflection, and integration between sessions form part of your transformation.

Safety and Liability

  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during the process. While we are here to support your wellness, if you have concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving any treatments.

  • Liability: We will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in sessions, except in cases of negligence or misconduct. By booking a session, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality.

Your personal details, session notes, and correspondence are never shared with third parties without your written consent, unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Your data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Session Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions and programs must be booked in advance via the Contact Me page on the website.

  • Payment is due upon booking, or a minimum of 14 days in advance of your session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: [e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.].

  • Prices are listed in Pound Sterling and are subject to change with notice.

Integrated Stress Resilience or Empowered Foundations Journeys:

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your place. The remaining balance is due on an agreed schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty; however, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, will incur a cancellation fee, and 100% of costs will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full fee may be charged.

If the practitioner needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given, and an alternative appointment offered.

Refunds

For the Integrated Stress Resilience and Empowered Foundations programmes, once your journey has begun, refunds are not available for unused sessions, as your place and energy commitment are reserved.

Due to the energetic nature of these services, refunds are not available after a session or program has commenced.

If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, please book a Discovery Alignment Call before committing.

Results & Outcomes

Every client’s experience is unique. While many people report positive shifts, relaxation, or insights, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Your participation, openness, and self-care between sessions all influence your personal journey.

Energy Work & Safety

Energy healing can bring up emotional or physical sensations as energy releases and rebalances. This is normal and part of the healing process.

If you experience discomfort, you are encouraged to communicate this during or after the session so the pace can be adjusted.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including workbooks, meditations, or guides, are the intellectual property of Ammaterra Ltd, and are for personal use only.

They may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

Ethical Practice 

Ammaterra Ltd is committed to working ethically, respectfully, and in alignment with professional standards for energy practitioners and coaches.

Boundaries are upheld at all times, and discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these services or this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caernarfon, North Wales.

Agreement
